Robert Barber

One of the driving forces behind Den Bosch’s operations, Robert’s involvement as a Managing Partner embodies the entire scope of direction for the Den Bosch group of companies. With 30 years of experience in the design, management and successful completion of leading-edge custom projects, Robert has been instrumental in ensuring continued growth and building a strong reputation for the company. Robert is an enthusiastic boater and skier, and as a devoted bicyclist, he demonstrates a strong commitment to the Ride to Conquer Cancer as well as other significant charitable foundations.

 

John Tackaberry

As a Managing Partner of Den Bosch + Finchley and Den Bosch + Finchley Developments, John brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to all phases of the Den Bosch projects. With over 27 years of commercial, residential and new home construction experience, John understands the market and sees the need to meet client needs as a vital aspect of his role as a principal. John is actively involved in many charitable organizations, including the Ride to Conquer Cancer and Kerry’s Place Autism Services. He also enjoys boating, biking and skiing.

 

Adrian Chepurnyj – Associate

After studying architectural design at Ryerson University, Adrian worked for 5 years at one of Toronto’s most respected residential architecture firms.  There he developed a high level of discipline in architectural detailing and design.  With an extensive background in construction as well as architectural design, Adrian brings to the Den Bosch project management team the technical skills and practical experience to transform even the most complex conceptual designs into built form efficiently and economically.

 

Justin Kersten – Associate

As Project Manager and Associate at Den Bosch + Finchley, Justin ensures the highest standards are met in every aspect of every project, from design and budget phases through construction and delivery. An alumnus of the Architectural Science program at Ryerson University, Justin carries over eight years of project management experience in the construction, architecture and design industries. Justin has been a part of the Den Bosch + Finchley team since 2012.

 

Tatiana Mishchenko

Tatiana moved from the Ukraine to Canada with her family in 2003. In addition to her bachelor of science degree in Computer Science from the National Technical University of Ukraine, she received her Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation in 2010. As Accounting Manager, Tatiana is responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all financial requirements for Den Bosch. Tatiana is active in her community supporting charities that focus on children with disabilities, she enjoys skiing, biking and diving in her free time.
